I have many memories of my sister + I racing to the door every Friday while growing up, wanting to be the first one to greet and jump on our daddy. He would always shout those three glorious words and we would all give a clap of excitement. Although things have changed, (us girls could potentially cause injury on my daddy if we were to do that now!) the happiness that comes with every Friday is still pretty great. That is one tradition I hope to carry on to my own family one day.
How was your Valentine's Day? Did you do anything extra special in celebration, or was your day a bit like mine – fairly normal with the addition of chocolate? If you didn't catch my post, you can do so here! I put together a little something-something for you.
☝ The vlog you see today was recorded on the first try! I suppose I've warmed up a bit to the camera since my first one a few weeks ago... hopefully you will agree.
☟Below, I have left some links you should definitely visit at some point. The last on the list is an article I wrote for Awaken Mag just posted yesterday. It would be an honor if you read it and let me know your thoughts!
❊❊ I am linking up with the wonderful Alissa from Rags To Stitches for her Coffee Date series today, which I'm super excited about! But when I filmed this vlog, I had totally forgotten about the prompt "5 Things You May Not Know About Me" and simply shared about a few things. Oops. If you would like to know a few random facts, you can do so here! Thanks for understanding :). ❊❊
You are so funny! Read your article--love it so much! I actually read that verse yesterday and have kind of been chewing on it. You're so right--loving others begins in the home. We have to first serve those around us. Thanks for that reminder :)
Good luck to you with news from your interview. It's good that you realize the coffee is bringing your body down and stopped drinking it, but unfortunately I don't have an answer as to why...lol.. stopping by from the linkup.
You're "permanent" tattoo totally cracked me up! I might have broke out in song. you are absolutely adorable and I'm so glad you linked up this week! xo
I love hearing from you! Feel free to leave any comments + questions here. I do my best to reply to each one whether it's here or directly to your email.

ReplyDeleteGirl, your videos are the best. Loved your not-so-permanent permanent tattoo!
ReplyDeleteAnd if we were on a coffee date, I would be with you on the no coffee thing, only because I'm not a coffee drinker. :)
p.s. Thanks for the link! I have to say, it's a little weird to see my name on other people's blogs.
p.p.s. You are A-MAZING!
